Housing affordability might be our biggest problem. If we’re going to solve it, we’re going to need scale, and that means we’re going to need your help.

The housing shortage is contributing to unprecedented increases in rents and housing prices in cities across the province. Overly-restrictive land use rules and zoning policies are keeping homebuilders from building the homes we desperately need.
Municipal politics, keep getting in the way of genuine reform. Until we create a political base for pro-housing policies, the politics won't change.
The provincial government is moving to get more housing built and make the dream of homeownership more attainable. Now it's time for municipal governments to do their part.

There's only one way out of a housing shortage, and that's through increased supply. We need to build more homes for more people. In Ontario, that means at least 1.5 million homes over the next ten years.
To get those homes built, municipalities will need to cut red tape, liberalize land use rules, streamline approvals processes, and reduce fees and taxes that are all acting to block or slow development.
They'll need to take action so that Ontario can #GetBuilding.

Our movement is dedicated to changing perceptions and public policy to build the housing and infrastructure that our growing population desperately needs. Beyond housing supply and affordability, we stand for the creation of critical infrastructure like ports, railways and pipelines, spanning across industries, cities, and demographics.
We are building the political constituency for pro-growth, pro-development policies and encouraging politicians of all parties to appeal to this growing coalition.
